Sell your house or flat online

Step One - Valuation Form

Complete our ”sell your home online“ form, and we will be in touch quickly to arrange to visit your home in order to take photographs, detailed floor plans, room measurements, descriptions and your Energy Performance Certificate.

Step Two - Details Uploaded onto Property Websites

We will ask you to check and confirm that the details are correct.  We will then upload your property and YouTube slideshow video to turtlehomes.co.uk and all of the top property websites in the UK to include Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, Findaproperty, Globrix and even Ebay!

Step Three - Arranging Viewings

When a potential buyer contacts us wanting to view your property we’ll contact you straight away to arrange a date and time.  We believe that the best person to sell your home is the one that knows it the best - you!  After each viewing we’ll find out how it went and call or email you with the feedback.

Step Four - Offers

As soon as we’ve found a potential buyer that falls in love with your house and makes an offer we’ll let you know in writing (as well as giving you a call).  If the offer isn’t acceptable then we’ll negotiate for you to obtain the best price for your property.

Step Five - Conveyancing

Once the offer has been agreed we’ll recommend a solicitor to you and write a letter to both solicitors.  Online estate agents turtlehomes will keep in regular contact with all parties to ensure that the legal process proceeds as smoothly as possible.

Step Six - Completion

Once exchange of contracts has taken place a date for completion is decided.  At completion the balance is paid to your solicitor from the purchaser’s solicitor and we can release the keys to your purchaser.  You can now sit back and open that well earned bottle of champagne!
