Step One - Appraisal Form
Firstly complete our online appraisal form. We will be in touch quickly to arrange for you to email us your photographs and property description.
Step Two - Details Uploaded onto Property Websites
We will then upload your property details turtlehomes.co.uk and all the top property websites in the UK including Rightmove, Property Finder, Primelocation, Findaproperty, and even Ebay! We will ask you to check and confirm that the details are correct. Our marketing network attracts approx 80 million buyer searches every month.
Step Three - Arranging Viewings
Whenever a potential tenant contacts us wanting to view your property we’ll let you know straight away to arrange a date and time. We believe that the best person to rent your home is the one that knows it the best - you! After each viewing we’ll check how it went, call or email you with the feedback.
Step Four - Arranging the Tenancy
We will undertake a rigorous reference and credit search on your prospective tenant, and provide you with a Tenancy Agreement template for you and your tenant to sign.
