Step One - Appraisal Form
Firstly pay for your required service using our payment centre and complete our online appraisal form. We will be in touch quickly to arrange to visit your home in order to take photographs, detailed floor plans, room measurements, descriptions and your Energy Performance Certificate (if required).
Step Two - Details Uploaded onto Property Websites
We will then upload your property details and YouTube slideshow video online to turtlehomes.co.uk and all the top property websites in the UK including Rightmove, Property Finder, Primelocation, Findaproperty, and even Ebay! We will ask you to check and confirm that the details are correct. Our marketing network attracts approx 80 million buyer searches every month.
Step Three - Arranging Viewings
Whenever a potential tenant contacts us wanting to view your property we’ll let you know straight away to arrange a date and time. We believe that the best person to rent your home is the one that knows it the best - you! Afer each viewing we’ll check how it went, call or email you with the feedback.
Step Four - Referencing
Once we have found a potential tenant that would like to rent your property we will undertake thorough HomeLet references. Within 48 hours (in most circumstances) we will be able to confirm whether or not we can recommend the tenant to you. Providing the tenant passes the references then turtlehomes.co.uk will provide rent guarantee warranty for six months.
Step Five - Tenancy Agreement
Turtlehomes.co.uk will provide you with an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for you and the tenant to sign before they move into the property.
